Learning the Clean

Today's Weekend Warriors WOD was "Elizabeth" which involved for many of our participants to learn the clean in a short amount of time.  Everyone did an outstanding job!  Please join us next week for our Firefighter Appreciation Day.  The workout begins at 9am and there will be a breakfast following.  Please bring a $20 donation--firefighters workout and eat free.

The Tabata WOD

Thanks to all who joined us this Saturday for the Tabata WOD.  The workout was 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals of the following exercises: push-ups, sit-ups and jumping pull-ups.   Between each exercises was an 800 meter sprint.  Each participant recorded their tabata number for each exercise and all three run times.
