Join us Saturday for a FREE workout at 8am or 10am at CrossFit SoCal. You will learn proper form for the Squat, Overhead Squat, Push Press, Clean and Jerk and Snatch. All of these moves will be incorporated in the workout ( "Broomstick Mile").
We will be taking a little break from the park workouts due to the 4th of July and CrossFit Games. The next workout is scheduled for July 18 at 10am at Mission Bay Park!
